Welcome to the New CAA Website
Welcome to the new website for the Colorado Apartment Association. In order to get the most out of your member experience, you will need to create a new login. .
If you are a member of AAMD or AASC, at this time, your login for the CAA website is not the same, and you will need to create a new login (but you're welcome to make it the same login if you'd like).
The CAA Website has Members Only Features which will require a password such as:
- Viewing the Online Legal Handbook
- Accessing Community Map Directories
- Updating your business information
- Order forms and leases
- Register for webinars and events
- and much more!
To create your new login, follow the instructions below.
- Follow this link.
- Enter your email and follow the prompts.
- If the email entered is connected to your profile, you'll be prompted to set your new password.
- If we do not have the email on file in our new system, you'll be prompted to create a new account.
Once you've logged in, you'll be taken to your Member Compass - our new website's portal for you to update your profile, see events that you are registered for, pay invoices, and more. Be sure to update your profile!
