Legal Handbook
for Rental Housing in Colorado
The 13th Edition is Now Available
The Colorado Apartment Association and Tschetter Sulzer have partnered to bring CAA Members this comprehensive Legal Handbook for Rental Housing in Colorado. This Handbook is designed to educate and guide CAA Members in running their businesses according to required legal guidelines.
Over the last six months, Mark Tschetter and his team have worked to rewrite the handbook and include links to external resources and statutes within the book. In doing so, the book is nearly three times as large as the previous version, and contains a complete current text of Colorado Landlord Tenant Related Statutes and more.
Both CAA and TS are committed to supporting CAA Members going forward by providing future updates to the Legal Handbook - which will be updated online as often as necessary.
The Handbook is available for all CAA Owner and Community Members at the CAA Website. You must be logged in to access this handbook, and the link should not be shared outside of your company.
