Apartment Association of Metro Denver
In 1968, the Colorado Apartment Association Denver Chapter was formed by a small group of local apartment owners who felt it necessary to protect their interests as small business operators. A few years later, the organization renamed itself as the Apartment Association of Metro Denver (AAMD), and established itself as a 501c6 trade association. AAMD represents over 1,200 apartment communities, 600 vender members, and over 250,000 units in the 7 county metro Denver region.
Apartment Association of Southern Colorado
The Apartment Association of Southern Colorado (AASC) is the area’s recognized leader in the rental housing industry. AASC consists of more than 540 members who own and manage over 30,000 rental units. AASC member properties range from single-family homes to large apartment communities in all price ranges each of who subscribe to a professional code of ethics. Members have the opportunity to learn the latest, most effective property management methods.
Northern Colorado Rental Housing Association
The Northern Colorado Rental Housing Association gives the multi-housing industry credibility and prestige in the Fort Collins/Loveland business world. It is the only association in Larimer County dedicated exclusively to the rental housing industry. This Chapter includes a diverse membership consisting of private owners, investors, professional property managers, on-site personnel, real estate agents, Colorado State University Housing, and vendors and suppliers of related housing goods and services.
Weld County Apartment Association
The WCAA is located in the fast-growing city of Greeley, Colorado, enjoying both the beautiful mountains, as well as the plains, of Northern Colorado. It was formed and organized for the purpose of providing networking and educational opportunities to Owner/Managers, as well as Vendors. The Association also supports the local real estate rental market to provide safe, affordable housing to the public, and coordinate, cooperate and communicate with local City and County rental housing requirements.
